I’ll explain it this way.If a large pizza sells for $10,your food cost should be around $3-3.50 for that pie.that would be 30/35%.So it could be also looked at 200% profit.Now say a bucket of wings,if you use quality decent sized wings,w/ BC,celery,containers cost you close to $8-$10 so if you sell them for $18-$20 -$1.75 for tax =16-18.Now when you order10 wings=$$$.Now remember I’l be paying $15,000 for 1 used dbl oven…Once I’m done equiping the way I was,It should be close to $50K.
I will be the lowest price pizzeria on the Island and and still try and have a good quality,but those employees,taxes, and insurence aren’t cheap.
