Consumer pre-loads build between Oct - Dec 2014 are affected.

Personally, I would wipe the machines and rebuild them with minimal Lenovo software. Just Windows + Essential Drivers.

Thankfully When I got mine I re-partitioned and installed Windows 7 fresh. Checked it and it’s fine. Haven’t checked the original Win 8.1, but I’ve only used it maybe 3 times since new.
