damn…to fit 18’s + tires your gonna need like a 20-22" wheel box.
& they are gonna ve heavy as hell…$$$$ to ship…go greyhound
hit up a wheel shop & see if they got any they are throwing out.
hit up rent n roll?
I have 4 18" wheel boxes, but they wont fit with the tires on them.
60lbs each, 39.85 each to ship.
i could get you clothing wardrobe box tops from work… dunno if an 18in wheel could fit it in. (im thinking they could)
but if i got you 8 tops you can make 4 strong flat boxes out of them
i have 4 boxes that my 20’s came in without tires, so they MIGHT fit 18’s with tires.
I shipped 4 - 18 inch tires and wheels to Kansas for 80 bux plus tax via Fed Ex ground and they got there in like 2 days, they have 2 boxes which I had to buy, it was part of the 80 bux I paid which I needed 2 boxes…GL
anyone else?, a few options fell through?
simple no need to box
cover the front and back with a piece of cardboad tape and go
no need to fit into the entire box
yeah do that…& ship greyhound
When i was using greyhound a lot to ship car hoods i saw plenty of wheels & tires there being shipped.
& many just did the cover front & back thing & tape.
thats how my wheels came with cardboard on the front and back and all taped together …they were fine
same here
take cardboard to cover the face, and use shrink wrap or saran* wrap over the rest, shipped a few sets like that and never had a problem
