anyone know which Infinity wheels these are ?

My local Infinity parts deparment couldn’t identify it -
no part number they could use.
So, I couldn’t order the wheels centers I wanted.

There is nothing on the back of the wheel
lip is polished, rest of wheel painted silver
The only marking are around the bolt holes

These are in raised letters

Nissan.
15 x 6 1/2 JJ ET45
BBS
GERMANY
GESCHMIEDET
VIA JIL
CG15
99

These numbers are the smallest and look like they may have been stamped in with a metal punch

5Y18

The wheel weighs 14 pound
This is all I know, except I do like the wheels !
Any help would be appreciated

but those rims did come on G20’s

I want to buy aftermarket wheel bolts, does anyone happen to know what spec is needed to seat properly in the wheel holes ?

I tried 12mm X 1.5inch - and it doesn’t fit !
