um…Anyone on here unlock cell Phones?
I know this is a really old thread but rather than starting a new thread…
I have a V3 Razr, locked to Cingular. I have an old AT&T account. If anyone can help, LMK. I’m trying to spend as little as possible at this point just due to the fact that I’m unsure of the functionality and reliability of this (used) phone.
