an 18vdc (or there abouts) 20 amp breaker? Radio Shack used to carry random shit like this, but not anymore. Is there anyone around here that still sells this sort of thing?

I do, but they are only control panel mounted on din-rail. Radio Equipment on Vulcan may have it, but if they dont there is always mouser.com
