Various Electronics?

Anyone know a cheap place to get small electronic parts? I just need a few 100ohm resistors, a ribbon cable, and parallel port, and a 12 pin header.

I know Rat Shack sells all this stuff but I dont feel like paying 25 bucks for cheap parts.
