Reading is fundamental. As the original Honda Tech post stated the car went best ET of 9.72 at 152 mph. Sammy pointed out the car also went 11.1 on DOT’s as in could be driven legally on the street. Last I checked that 9.72 on slicks would smoke 99.9% of all cars on here running slicks period. That 11.1 on street legal tires would pretty much do the same.

nor, i would assume, do any of us care what some guys honda runs in another state… until a local honda is running 9’s … i’m not going to really concern myself.
there are 9 second vws in other states… same with chevy’s, saturns, hyundais, geo metros, fords and so on

Well what was the point of your ‘potential’ post? Sammy was pointing out a motor set-up for sale that has potential to go 9’s in a car because obviously it has gone 9’s in a car already as was posted in the link he provided. A couple of you who could type a sentence longer than 1/4 mile faster than you could drive one got on his case about it.
I didn’t read the link and only follwoed up on what fshowcars said. I could give a rats ass about honda’s and don’t care if it runs a 2 second 1/4 mile.

I posted it because he ripped off a 9.60@158mph in his friends car at norwalk next to rusty. and since everyone is keyboard warriors I should have known you would all say it is gay. 9.72@154mph, take off the slicks, and drive it home
