How fast do you think you will be this season down the 1/4 mile?
34MPG with new all season 14 inch radials.
Slow but should be fun, 140hp in a 2000 lb car. Going to spend a bunch of $ on suspention stuff once it’s running
11.99
inb4lock. inb4drama
How about you post last years times, along with this years upgrades.
I dunno i remember a thread like this before, and it wasnt a shit storm
I’m hoping for high 11’s in my full interior 2g after I get my hx40 installed and evo ecu fine tuned. I didn’t run at all last year so I have no comparison. I know the car will be capable, my driving would most likely be the only thing keeping me from it.
Bikes > cars.
10.99
My car will probably end up a lot slower.
13.5’s hopefully. Full interior d series turbo
anytime sweet tits.
what kind of hp numbers does it take to get an ls1 into the 10s?
I’d assume 500’s ?
hoping to hit mid to high 11’s this year
alot less hp than my turbo gsr, but still should be able to do it
new motor k24 NA hoping for 250whp+ untill i upgrade cams
Studderin does it with 440rwhp…
Why do people equate ET to just HP numbers.
Weight and traction are such huge factors look at the bolt on stock internals LS1 lists people run 10s with bolt on LS1 motors, in gutted cars, with proper suspension. They only put down 350ish rwhp.
i am hoping 12’s. looking forward to finding out!
nope
My bad 413
as stated it’s so many factors. Mine should be in the high 400’s power wise. suspension is huge ( mine is not a drag setup at all). I run Eibach pro kit, with bilstein shocks. I’m sure i’d benefit from different rear shocks. I know LZ’s old car did and so did Studs. I’m sure mine can do 10’s when i put a 15 inch tire on it and get a good soild dyno tune. As far as modifcations: if it’s 6 speed you’ll surely need a rear end. Clutch. Decent tires. My car has heads/cam and is forged for when i whack it with the juice. Also has a Fast 90/90 setup. My compression is 10.7:1 which i wanna bump up to 11.1:1. Also plan on bumping up my bumpstick down the road. Something to take advantage of my high flowing heads/intake.
I wont be here for this summer, but next summer i would hope for 12’s lol
I was more curious at the power to weight ratio when I asked, pushing a 3600lb led sled requires some good numbers.
