If you can not make calls, call ATT. They are really good at crediting for legit problems.

When I had issues with my phone and had to switch back a standard phone for a week, they credited me back almost $80 worth of activation fees, data, and text messaging for inconvenience.

my dad and mom called me all day but they also have at&t we havent had any problems
