sometimes you have to sell out for cheap otherwise you just putting money in the trash keeping it around.
i had a ton of money in my 93 pgt… about 11-12k total with the car… and i parted about 1500$ off it and sold the car for 4500…
and kept my rims… so i guess a total of 6500 ish… which i don t miss it at all… besides handleing…
oh and how does a block just crack with out any rods or shafts going with it? other then using just water with out coolant and it freezing? but then theres the freeze plugs…
i dunno…
im sure it happens i just never saw it yet…

should be easy to get to… its on the very bottom of the motor, right where the tranny bolts up.
