is there a cross over at all that I am missing, or are they hoping that everything is exactly perfect and no pressure variation between the two banks.

There may be a crossover in the middle of the banks, hard to see down there. If not, it IS a race engine, they probably aren’t too worried. Double check the specs, throw Motec on it and let the magic computer do the hard work. I’m sure Motec can run both banks separately if for some reason they start to act weird.
