I read in MotorTrend that the Audi R1 is 100% ready for production… Has anyone been able to find any info on it? I know it is based on the new VW BlueSport and will likely be using the 2.0T or the 1.4 TwinCharged engine and the 7-Speed DSG . I’m just interested in seeing the styling.

all i think when i see that car, is Saturn Sky or Ponticrap Solstice…and no, i havent he$ard anything about it, would like to though 
MotorTrend said that VW/Audi are targeting this car at the Miata crowd.

That car is awful looking…
it looks mid engined so it would fill the small void left by the MR2s and fit under the boxster. before i pass judgment i would want to see hp/weight and pricing info
From the front i think it looks great.

the headlights look to be the same as the tail lights, cept the tail lights are red
