Did you let them know you were mostly self employed? Typically when a bank knows that they ask for previous year tax returns. I don’t know if you have access (or have completed) to 2016’s but sending that should give them what they need.
Did Penfed give you a HELOC on the Buffalo prop as a rental property? I’m looking to get a HELOC(s) on an investment property/properties.
+1, this is how we handled it when we bought our house
I did it as owner occupied :snky: I do technically live there when i’m in buffalo. They do them on investment properties but rates are a good deal higher
Lightstream came through in 6 hrs. Luckily my tax guy is awesome and emailed me my tax returns and i was able to supply bank statements (thanks cruise control) thanks @travisn! $30k 60 month 2.25% no early payoff penalty
Nice dood. What are you getting?
2010 cts-v black with black Recaros and Alcantra steering wheel. Has corsa exhaust also i cant wait.
Did you steal my car? MT6?
Add an airraid and a couple other goodies and we would be twins.
This is the first car I did not demand the MT6. It was listed as a MT6 however it was a mistake. I really wanted it however I think I will enjoy the automatic almost as much. any input on the aftermarket paddles?
Haven’t used them personally but they are good. I bank with Key but would never use them for an Auto loan. There are lots on good credit unions to go through. If you are looking for a bank for a loan Community is more lax. Also M&T isn’t too bad. They have instant approval that you may qualify for.
Understood. Took me a while to find recaros and MT6. Roughly only 15% ordered MT6 add recaros at $4.5k option and the combo becomes much more rare.
No experience with the aftermartket paddles. They have been through multiple iterations, so hopefully they have refined the product.
I hope so because the buttons are super lame
SiQQQ choice. I’m holding on to my 2014 Vsport until I can afford one of the new ones.
Cornerstone Community FCU has always been super easy to work with. Look into switching to them. I push a lot of customers their way.
Bump @Oasis24-7 was that rate you got through Lightstream lower than what they were advertising online? Just curious if rates have gone up or if they were able to do better based on your credit.
@livin4hockey I honestly don’t remember 100% but I think it was like .25% less than advertised because I agreed to automatic payments
Rates went up at my credit union. They used to have a 4 yr auto loan @1.9% interest, and 5yr and longer at 2.9%, now it’s all for 2.9%
Ok good to know. I guess I just was not sure if they had flexibility within their advertised rates depending on credit. I’ve only ever financed one car and that was brand new through a dealer. Have to research my options for used car loans if I’m going to consider picking something up come spring.
I go through financial trust federal credit union. I’ve been with them for like 10 years. Theyre open half a day on Saturdays in the West Seneca location, not sure about other locations
I used to go through wny federal credit union but they suck so I don’t recommend them.
SEFCU (Credit Union) for a used auto is about 2.4% on a 5 year. I believe new cars are about 1.9%
SEFCU is located on Main and Transit if anyone is looking.
