I forgot about a trick I use on some computers to get video, search for it with google. Tell me if this works for you:
lol access denied. our firewalls are pritty restrictive… I used to be able to do that or also get through with viewing the cached versions of pages but that no longer works either.
Looks like the videos that used to be on wnyscca.com got trashed with the site rebuild.
