Im dumb with computors but I cant compress a pic to anything less than 13kb and thats so damn small Icant even see the picture. Did necc change it from 20kb to 10kb cuz its imposable unless I am doing somthing wrong and stupid???

Yeah, I had the same problem so I just host my avatar and my sig.
I’m willing to bet you’re using photoshop to compress the JPEG. Photoshop adds all sorts of proprietary bullshit to the image and bloats it to excess. Try cropping and saving it in MS Paint instead.
