I’m trying to make the little bubble car my avatar, and i can’t, since even on 0 quality and 125 pixel width it’s still 8 kb. Linking to another site doesn’t seem to work either. I don’t understand why the size has been reduced so drastically, since I uploaded a much bigger size pic and used it as my avatar only weeks ago.
To further note: Bing being a vice president, has an avatar that’s 169x154 pixels, that’s larger than 125x125… can we make this fair please? :twisted:
6kb is for uploading your own avatar to the SON server. Yours can be a
larger file size, just keep the dimensions to 125x125. Just make sure to
include http:// in your link to another website.
The Best thing to do is upload it and host it off another site.
you can shrink mine and put it back up there…
i dont know anything about space requirements or whatever.

Right click and go to properties it will give you 123x123 or whatever size
it is. n00b.
