i look at it as a catalyst to get whoever to try someplace new, much like the restaurant week.
There were no good restaurants near me. I’ve been buying coupon books though. The Buy one, get one frees usually pay for the book within the first 2 weeks. I paid 12.50 for it this year, and the first one I am going to use is $15 off 2 dinners at a brazilian steak house. Bam, paid for itself and it’s all savings from there on out.
I always pay attention to the rules though…I hate taking advantage of the cashiers

My bet is you can not use a discount code when purchasing with a gift card. And LOL and all of the incompetent people in this damn thread.
