They probably close it about 1/4 way.
They fixable? If so, would you trade it for a turbo timer…?
Im sure if you get the right preson for the job they can be fixed but I dont really have any use for a turbo timer sorry.

$350 for a neptune ECU??? really?? not to be a dick but try $250 or lower. It doesn’t matter that it’s tuned because every setup is different.
