what it does is pull so much timing the the gas is firing in the exhaust manifold which builds monster boost at the line(we are talking upwards of 30psi if you want it to)
Not good for the turbo. It burns the gas in the manifold instead so that like Sam said keeps its spooling without having a load on the motor (while sitting still)…And itlooks bad ass Its all about the crowd pleasing.
yeah, on a supra its basically fine on the stock motor, but you can do it all day long on a built motor. You will go through turbos a lot sooner using anti-lag… if you go to a pro import race george, the anti-lag is so loud, you can feel it in your body, kind of like a top fuel car, but oviously not THAT loud, but its still really loud.

Reguardless anitlag is extremly cool. The whole car shakes and is quite violent, very awsome indeed.
As far as damage to the car, its really a non issue. Sure its not great for the turbine wheel but a quality turbo should last a few seasons of antilag abuse.
