B5 A4 Quattro
nice save
hahaha nice
looks to me like the car in the right went to merge into the middle lane (where he was at) he let off, throttle lift oversteer, and properly corrected. good wrk, but could have been avoided
While he was lifting, there was definitely something slick on the road, it doesnt step like that on lift.
he over corrected too, so it was a good save on his over correct
Maybe he got a little bit excited of the next song that was coming on the radio!!
yawn at the bench racing experts. That guy deserves big props for some seriously quick moves. Fucking aces in my book.
very good recovery. i seen lower speeds and people manage to roll there car 100 times…
ya, he got out of the car at the end because he either, shit him self…or is going to shit. one of the two.
i was thinking the same thing.
Def a good save.
I think he got out of the car to see if he blew a tire or something because a car shouldn’t come around like that just from lifting. It’s not like he was taking that turn at 100% or anything.
Then again, listening to the exhaust you can tell that car isn’t stock. Could be some horrible suspension setup that he did to make him a mad leet drifter.
It was an over correct, I drove circle track for 6 years, When a car slides like that and you correct too far the car reacts exactly like that.
The entire second correct wouldnt have been needed if he didnt over correct.
From a racecar driver, the second correct was more impressive because he handeled his own mistake.
I disagree. Depending on his suspension set up it sure can step out like that just from lifting. I’ve done it in the Taurus, the roads might have been a lil damp, but he doesn’t have to hit anything for the car to do that. That’s why one shouldn’t lift mid corner.
That’s a scary situation, I was in a similar one (some of you might remember) last summer on the way to Letchworth, not fun.
quiet
lol.
Seriously, he only stopped after the incident to make sure he was still alive, and to throw his boxers out of the car. That was a pretty impressive save at speed like that.
i dont hear any throttle lift when the car goes into the slide
what i do see is the ass end kicks easier to the left then the right as hes correcting back and forth, my first inpression was a flat tire
the caption under the video says he hit an oil slick in the road, which would obviously also cause that kind of a reaction from the vehical
ive done throttle lifts at speed in b5 a4’s, and never had one kick like that. that includes a throttle lift around a bend at 90mph over some rail road tracks, and the car didnt miss a beat.
