Crap, realized that I cannot get it certified because of the interior lights. You can just get your local mechanic to do it for you, no biggie.
On the plus side new deal, $1000 with valid etested!

-Ignition switch replaced/fixed today
-cd player installed in van today
-valid etest

Fixed interior lights as well. Apparently it was just a blown fuse.
