Carefully removed the front end. some of the screws where difficult to remove without stripping or breaking. Not as slick as the passat.

Thanks. It is pearl white and I like it too! 17 yr old paints not the greatest as you know but it works for now. Front end will need sprayed eventually so I’d like to keep it the same colour.

bring it back to driving condition, clean it up, get it inspected, paint eventually, autocross. I never thought I’d be into an older audi but it fills a void that the passat can’t compete with…mainly, being an audi lol. It’s still a tank, maybe a turbo motor will help that out a bit. It’s something affordable to tinker around with i guess.

So the fender turns out to be slightly different at the bottom and I tried not to bend it yet get somewhat of a descent line near the hood. Its not permanent so not a big deal. Corner of hood still bent.

Salvaged the outer bumper, its still cracked and sags a little although the metal support behind it is somewhat straight. Also still undecided on the headlight pissers. Im pretty sure the pump on the pisser can fell apart, out of the bottom and on to the floor when I touched it. oopsie AND the pisser bolts are corroded together on the old bumper. It’ll take some time to get them out undamaged.

Going to arrange paint today and pop in the wheel well liner. Found some clear corners on ebay. The drivers side is crackd so I could use the pair anyway. g2g
