in 5 years at schmitts i taught at LEAST a dozen customers how to properly drive stick … a dozen customers who werent buying cars … but coming in for repairs … and i wound up lapping the lot a few times with them to point out what they were doing wrong

when i first met that kid he was fricken stupid i told him to buy a normal wrx and learn how to drive it, then trade it in for a sti, but no… he went straight to the steeI, riced it out crashed it and hopefully he learned a good lesson

Lose the headlights and clear the stockers. Those GN+ aren’t lightweight, I think they are around 21lbs and heavier than the stock wheels. What I expect from a 16yr old with an STi is to drive the car responsibly, especially in residential neighborhoods.
what are the stock weights…teh GN+ weigh 18 lbs …when i seen that im like there not that light weight
18’s by 8 or wider weighing in at 18 lbs is pretty damn light, unless you’re comparing them to super advan II’s or something ridiculous. stock sti bbs’s are 17 by 7.5 and are about 17 pounds each…
