Here are the Pics of the end result of my trip to Ramsey Subaru, these will keep you intrested so you read my long story:
So here we go, I went to a mall in NJ, on Rte. 17. I leave the mall to find my car has been broken into!!! The ignition was torn up and hanging there, and the bottom of the steering wheel in the back seat. I have the car flat bedded to Ramsey Subaru. Who was in the middle of seperating into Ramsey Subaru across the street and Ramsey Mazda in the orignal area. SO… It gets to there, I believe they didn’t do anything for about 4 days, they moved across the road with the other subarus. Ok, I keep callin them asking if they have started working on it yet. after a week they finally look at it, and they call me saying, “you didn’t tell us the headlights were missing” I said WTF, I told them ill be there in 35 min, I leave work and go with a camera. Those pics above is how I find my car. I almost killed someone, I was ready to explode. What would you have done? They assured me thats how the car came in, I said, “Trust me that is not how it came here”. They would have gotten away with that if my insurance adjuster didn’t take pics. Thank God. So I start flipping shit. They promise that there is a posibility of giving me a 2006 white and gold. So that was the only reason I kept the car there, instead of bringing it to the dealership bought it at, Bill Kolb Subaru on 303 NY, by the palisades mall. So 6 weeks later, while they are fixing it, they deny ever saying anything about giving me a 2006. So I am yelling at them, I have my lawyer call them. Nothing, they wont do anything but “fix” the car. So I am sueing them on something called “Diminishing in Value” (DIV). And thats about it.
unfortunately unless you got their promise in writing from someone at the dealership with the authority to promise such a thing, you don’t have a leg to stand on with regards to an 06. I’m sure your lawyer will tell you this unless he is just after his fee. Your car depreciated to less than the value of an 06 when you signed the paperwork for it. Your insurance company should be on your side to get the car back to it’s original condition.
Good luck with yet another car dealership that doesn’t know how ot provide proper customer service.
No I drive shitty looking cars with nice interior. For instance my beat ass taurus had full power everthing and like new black leather interior. No would would suspect it by looking at the beat-ass exterior.
Ugg… that really sucks man. To bad you didn’t get them to write down that '06 thing. But hey, if you get it fixed that’s a plus as well. Good luck with whatever you feel that you need to pursue.
I think its funny how some emo hippocrite looks down on people that dress up in a new style or just well in general and then busts out a bullet belt among other shit and thinks hes cool. Youre the man.
i hardly think wearing a bullet belt is “a new style”. and i don’t have a problem with dressing up? i just think it’s dumb when you do it to “impress people”

OT: sucks about you car. how many miles were on it? out of curiosity. and do you think that the dealer did all this? I doubt it. I just think that it was sitting in the lot with a broken window or whatever and someone came at night, and especially with all the chaos of the dealer moving, someone stole more shit. If the car is on the dealers lot, does that mean that they are responsible?
