Which wheels ? the turbine wheels? if so yes one is actually mising part of one fin. cause the others opposit to rub on the turbo housing destorying them also.

oh bloddy hell if that’s the case you’re definitely better off just trying to source a good used one rather than slavage what you have… buying those parts is going to cost substantially more than it’s worth to rebuild that particular turbocharger.
Call D&W for a reman CHRA…best bet aside from risk taking on evilbay…
