Is this my turbo ?

I told the kid to get a retune on just a k03 APR file.It was obvious that it needed it .I told him do not beat on it till you get the retune.I called up APR and everything about how to go about this and told him. That turbo was perfectly fine and working order

Actually , it was rusted over on the hotside and the wategate flapper was so rusted and caked over it was doing anything .Thats why , nothing was in that turbo .I took it completly apart actually . When it heats up the blades wont spin at all, complely fucked.
