You can almost compare the frustrations over this for the Canuck fans to that of our grief over Hull’s NO GOAL. Bottom line though is that it’s just one of the best showdowns in Stanley Cup history. Can’t blame Bure, the goaltender ALWAYS has the advantage.
I wouldn’t call that the best goal ever, i’ve seen someone do it on more than one occassion in person

I remember that the day after it happened. It wasn’t that long ago. At the end when they showed it in slow mo, the puck just jumped over his stick. What shitty luck. Then Edmonton barrels down the ice and scores. Id kill myself.
