What is the most surprising sale you’ve personally made on eBay. I’m not necessarily thinking most expensive(but you can add those also). I’m thinking more of things you thought weren’t worth anything that really surprised you.
I’m selling the stock exhaust from a 1979 HD Ironhead Sportster that I sold, thats already up to $202.50 with 4days left. I was expecting less than $100 for it.
I also just sold a brake caliper from the same bike for $40. I put that I didn’t even know which one it was and still got $40
I used to do alot on eBay, years back I had a copy of the first Doors record in Mono opened but with the shrink wrap on the jacket, I paid .25 cents for it and sold it for like $258 on eBay
another time I picked up a stack of free Barbara Streisand posters from Record Theatre that were from her then last tour, think I got like $40 each for them
another time I sound a old Sun tachometer at a garage sale for like $5, got over $200 for it
lots of good profits, then eBay went up, paypal went up and the world jumped on the bandwagon and I gave up on it
