paid off loan, just hasnt gotten a new title? if he was a sketch, which he isnt I would question it. but either way see title, call bank on said title and tell them the vin. they tell you whats up. g2g
Because its a 98’ with prob nothing owed on it, the leins 8 years old. You can register it prefectly fine with no issues. It’s not like the banks going to call and say hey we need that 13 year old truck back. It’s already been with 3 owners before me and after the 2003 loan.
Bump bump, picking a few things up for the sled soon. It will most likely be ready to go with no needs.

my 97 toyota has a lein on the title from the owner my dad got it from. they never got the lein release filed with the title to clear it, and the finance company is no longer in business so the DMV doesnt say a word about it… i even possess the lein release and have showed the DMV the document and the title came back to me with a lein still on it.
lemme know if you wanna sell the ruckus, pending year, hours, price i may be interested
