Please cut out the bumper … you will heat soak like mad in the summer like that. Unless you dont want it to work, if you want hidden look into air-water all air-air coolers NEED air to cool. All in all very sweet setup and looks like it will be a blast to drive. Should make some great numbers :burnout:

mustangs with turbos been doing that for many years now. chad isnt the first person to do this and if it worked for others and no one having issues it will work for him also

well im not cutting mine unless i have to. im not putting the supports back in, and if anything i may make a channel at the bottom to channel the air up and into the core.
but i had no problems getting air to my fluidyne rad.
yeah there is the one TT mustang that has the intercooler mounted at the bottom of the car like almost under the K member mounted parrellel to the ground. now if that moves enough air then i think chads will move enough air.

People run no intercoolers what so ever and it works too, just when they finally add one and get air to it a very very generous power increase is found.
i didnt mean it as a smart reply if you took it that wya. just time limitations are causing me not to worrk about it. i am dynoing w/o the front bumper because i wont have time to get all that back on.
anyway, i just dont want to really have to cut into the bumper, if it comes to the point where it is hurting me, ill try a different intercooler setup
youre intercooler is fine. you dont need to cut it and you efans will help suck air thru it also

If you run a bumper cover you will make NO power. Thats a fact.
