BMW Art Cars @ Grand Central Station *PHOTOS*

While down in Philly a bunch of us took a day trip on the train up to NYC to check out the Art Cars in NYC.

I was mostly there to see the Stella e9 and Warhol M1, but the Grp 5 320i and the e24 were neat too. Some pics my buddy Chris (and I) shot:

are those just shells or do they have engines/chassis

:boner:

nice cars!

That’s cool

Neat O!

They are unibodies so that would make them chassis… But 3 of 4 have lemans history

They’re real working cars.

Amazing, I would love to see them in person.

Yeah, I was outrageously pumped to go see them.

Certainly a once in a lifetime opportunity.

Wow, that is mad cool. Never heard of them before!

i like hte one with the paint on the tires doing the canvas

I just watched a special on this on HDNet or some channel. They had a behind-the-scenes look at the abstract exhibit of the Z4 making the tires marks with paint. VERY COOL.

The name of the program is BMW: An Expression of Joy
