Actually , it was rusted over on the hotside and the wategate flapper was so rusted and caked over it was doing anything .Thats why , nothing was in that turbo .I took it completly apart actually . When it heats up the blades wont spin at all, complely fucked.
So dont try to act like you would know about the situation.I think I would since I have been working on this car for a while trying to put this jewed turbo kit together that I got fucked on.A couple SHIFT members were there and tried to help me put this kit in , they know what really happend while installing it. The filter he gave me was rusted with cobb webs inside of it, If it was like that and I was selling a kit , I wouldnt even bother thowing in a rusted filter.
