nice, congrats chris! welcome to the world of taxes and homeowners BS. whens the big housewarming party?!
Congrats man.
You know, I have a question about that…
His taxes are 3,200, my rent is 3,000 so how is money being thrown out the window?
Of course I split rent, ect. And if I were renting alone, yadda yadda…
Because he can deduct his property taxes AND mortage interest from his taxable income AND after you pay rent you get NOTHING when you move, he will be building equity in his house the whole time he lives there.
Actually my taxes will be 2700…and yea having property on ur tax return is a bug plus…some decent deductions
:word: not to mention he can put money into the house and not only does it increase the value of the home, it’s deductable.
The only downside to owning is having to mow your own lawn…
i mowed my parents lawn so i am used to it
When I build my house this summer (hopefully) I will then be able to “take home” at LEAST an extra $1000 per month!
That money will go into paying my mortage and building equity.
YAYYYYYY!!! :wiggle:
speaking of mowing the lawn joseph… it looks like a jungle outside.
^^^ lol.
I just bought a John Deere tractor lawn mower. I can rent it out LOL.
Congrat ont he purchase. You will see fixing yup house is more expensive than car but then again…it will increase the value of the house not like the car.
Congrats!
X…
P.S. Let me know if you need some windows.
all but the front window are new so might take up on that for thw front
oh boy…“wifey”
is that all christine is to you now? :c P
congrats on the house though! awesome.
That’s sweete Bro!! Congrats.
Time to see how many bags of mulch fit in the back of a Maxima. By the way, 9 fit in a 99 Trans Am.
I have no taxable income. The income I have now I payed taxes on 10 years ago. Not my fault it had a 4000% return.
What equity is greater than education and experience? I would rather spend my extra money on school and driving.
i bet i can beat 9…and jeremy…i am not going to have to give up Auto-x…i may have to not goto as many events or spend a ton more money on my car but I am still going to do waht i like…I wouldnt have bought a house if i had to give up everything…i ahve y education and a good job sooo
I have no idea what you are talking about.
How do you have no taxable income, are you a priest?
If you want to spend money on school that is fine but I think you totally missed my point.
Sorry this somehow went off topic.
