So no, if these idiots rear ended you and you saw guys all tatted up get out of the car with guns and you killed them there would be no charges.
That said, your one gun vs their many guns is probably not a situation you want to be in. If the car is drivable just take off. I’m confident enough that with all the autocrosses and track days I’ve been to that I could outdrive some gang banger.
