They wouldnt even need guns. They could have bats, knifes, anything that could cause you to fear for your life. Even if you are a small girl driving and this happened to you, and 2 or more Hispanics came to you and you were affraid for your life and had reason to believe they would cause bodily harm or death you could shoot them.
So what do you think will happen first? Someone gets arrested for a hit and run after a rear-end collision thinking it’s the gang, or someone gets shot after an innocent rear-end collision thinking it’s the gang?
