I know you said you were arrested in earlier posts but never charged with anything. The courts and police will see that you were arrested. You can never get that off your record that you were arrested. You can get off your record that you were never charged though. So, they will see that you have been in trouble before, but they just won’t know exactly what you did.

I thought you could too but idk, cop showed me a sheet of paper that had nothing on it and asked me if I had ever been arrested before. After I told him yeah he then found a way to see it, but not before I told him I was.

Im hoping that judges and DA’s will understand my side of the story and think that disorderly conduct along with a fine and lawyer fees is enough and that my intentions were just to recover my $3,300…

I cant see why I cant and thats one of the things myself and my lawyer are going to bring up.
