I wonder how many non-ms-13 related rear end collisions there were this weekend resulting in hit-and-run charges because the person bounced thinkin they were about to get beat up lol

I know this might be a hoax and nothing is prolly gonna happen but be careful and stay aware. I received this in an email from a Monroe County Sheriff:
I just read a teletype from the Buffalo Police Department
regarding a street gang called MS13. The teletype is dated March 26,
2008 and states that the gang members are being initiated by bumping a
car. When the driver gets out to inspect the damage, the offender is
supposed to shoot the innocent party. This Hispanic gang has its roots
in Central America and is known to be extremely violent toward civilians
and police. Reportedly, this activity was to take place in the Niagara
Street and or Bailey Street areas of Buffalo. Previous to this
information, it was believed that the gang had strong roots only in the
Binghamton area but it appears they have spread to Buffalo and now,
there are members here, in the Monroe County Jail.
Please pay very close attention to your surroundings and use
extreme caution should a seemingly innocent fender bender occur. I
realize this sounds like an Urban Rumor but I personally read the
teletype.
