They are suppose to make that car a reality though arent they? I like it much better than the Retro Chargers.

no i didnt get pics for 2 resons … 1. cuz it was impossible with all the ppl that were around it it and 2. cuz i was dissapointed it was a plastic car basically…but its def gonna be sharp car when they hit the streets

alot of doubt over if it was even a real car, but a quick look under the ass end verified it was indeed the 2004 Pontiac GTO that Saleen converted to the Camaro for the movie.

it does, it was a one off car built by Saleen, they used a 04 GTO as a donor car, since the wheel base is so close to the camaros
GM provided the Body panels from the 09 camaro concept to Saleen.
it still has the entire LS1 drivetrain
the wheels were fake hubcaps with the rotors, covering the stock 04 GTO brakes
its been on the net since way before the movie came out, that it had wheels covers and wasnt the actual camaro. regardless, i still was glad i got to see it. i knew about all the fake stuff goin in to it, so maybe thats why i wasnt as dissappointed as some. regardless, i didnt see anyone from pittspeed there and i was there for 2 hours. lol.
i think i mightve seen 85Trans Am leaving though.
