That’s what they did for my brother up in Royal Oak, MI… he bought a $500K Loft and got a Range Rover for 2 years. Wasn’t a $260K lambo but a $80K SUV isn’t bad either.

Looks like they got the “video” for that site from a video game or something. I would assume that they didn’t do that rendering on their own for the site. I can only imagine how much a condo would cost if they are going to “throw in” a lambo into the deal.
Probably $1 million just for the lofts.
