As I posted, protein powder are really the only 2 suppliments on the market that really do anything. And the only reason to take protein powder is as an easy/convienent source of protein. If I were more hungry then I am now (daily, not this minute), Iâd replace some of my powder with chicken, tuna, etc.
Meh, some people respond better then others. Itâs so cheap there is no reason that you canât stay on it all the time if needed, though.

Iâll use a simple example. Say you can bench 150 5x off creatineâŚyou can probably do it 6 or 7 times on creatine. It basically adds to your available pool of energy.
You are correct that it can âpoofâ you up some. Right now, Iâm slimming my waist/gaining size/strength at the same time, so adding creatine would not be a good idea. However, when I max out my strength naturally (for the most part), and am happy with my waist size, I will try it no question.
