Sounds like exactly what im trying o do. Lose the mid section, and bulk up everywhere else. Any suggestions/tips. Ive really only been lifting for about a year or so(on/off), nothin crazy…
I’m rather certain Shawn and Travis are talking about creatine monohydrate. You don’t get those same effects with creatine ethyl ester.
And does no one here takes nitric oxide?

you may be able to do more reps, BUT thats due to WATER filling in the gaps in the muscle. without a solid mass there, you are A.) more prone to muscle damage, and B.) “cheating” yourself because its not true strength… but thats MY outlook on it… by all means do what you feel is right. im not going to tell you NOT to do it, but i think eating/drinking healthy and the PROPER lifting regimen will net better results than creatine any day.
All it is, is a powdered energy drink. And yes we are talking about creatine monohydrate…the simplest and most effective form of creatine. Any kind of ‘glamour creatine’ is just overpriced marketing hype.

For someone to tell me different, I’d need a lot more then ‘broscience’ (meaning you’d better some me some controlled scientific studies). I can provide studies showing what I know and believe…
Creatine does draw fluid into the muscle, hence making them bigger, but it makes you have more endurance by increasing the available ATP in them. I know the pros and cons of creatine. Being naturally weak/small, I will try it when the time is right.
Also, I’m sure my diet is stricter/more correct then 99 percent of the people on here, so I am good to go in that aspect.

bulking up my right arm wont do shit but cause me more pain! I have a very rare arthritus from a severe broken wrist from a few years ago thats fucked my life.
The initial price may shock you, but in the long run working with someone knowledgeable on exercise/nutrition is cheaper then wasting your money/time to not get the gains/losses that you desire.

ive slowly put on 18 lbs since summer… i was 160 im now 178 and working towards 190 while trying to stay in shape… my own regimen of running/lifting/situps/pushups and using whey protein has got me here thus far…
