For starters, you should be taking aproxx 2 scoops of whey pre/post workout (90 to 0 minutes before), and 2 scoops post workout (0-30 minutes after), along with 50grams of carbs or so preworkout and about 100 post workout. I just simply do 2 slices of whole wheat bread preworkout and 4-5 slices post workout (along with the protien).

2 scoops=40grams or so. My guess is that you should be consuming around 200g of protien a day. I don’t the gatorade is doing anything for you.
