I"ve been in the 9’s a few times at PRP and they didnt say anything and I just have a 8pt roll bar but i do have helmet and firejacket. I dont have NHRA spec belts. I went to MIR and I ran 9.86 first pass out and they told me slow down…so I did next pass. 10.0 at 115 on the brakes hard. Next pass I ran 9.73 and they kicked me out and told me dont come back until I get a cage and window net etc.
PRP is pretty relaxed, after the 2nd 9s pass I made this year they told me get back in the staging lanes for another pass.
You’re talking to a guy making good power with a 5spd that can’t hook at the track w/o slicks. I know how much fun it is rowing gears, but I also know what this power would do through a C4.
I can’t hook worth a shit without slicks in a 5spd, I’ve been debating auto for a while now just can’t convince myself to pull the trigger.
Did you make 710 on a Mustang dyno too?
no, I made 690 on a mustang dyno with 13.9:1AFR to win a dyno challenge, we then retuned it on a Dynojet at 10.8:1 AFR for 710 in order to spray.
lol im not sure what 69 camaros tune classifies as, we just dumped a a handful of race gas in to be safe. timing was so low i bet pure 93 would have net the same results safely.

just get some slicks. my car wouldnt hook for shit even with drag radials but with slicks i was getting traction running 11.0 @ 126 with the 6 speed and 4.33 gears. thats preturbo tho.

im comming back to your dyno soon. i fixed the intercooler leak( it was a cracked weld. it was a pita to fix. had to remove turbos, wastegates, and all plumbing) and bought a boost controller. and i think im going to run a 255lph along with my a1000. i want to see what it can really do. i also have a new program for megasquirt in which you just set the afr table and it changes the ve table on its own. i will probably max out my 80lb injectors.
what kind of pressure are you running to the 80’s? also 1:1 boost referenced?
50lbs base and 1:1 boost refrenced.

What are the current pulsewidths? I calculated mine and I was at 84% duty cycle with 46psi fuel pressure and I made less hp than you on that dyno but I have a big stall and Th400 so idk what it would do with a T56.
You are conservative on air fuel and timing…i got a feeling you will be on that 1000whp mark with 15psi and good timing for that level. You were on 18 deg for 10 psi, i think you could go to 15psi on the same timing. Not apples to apples but I’m about 17-18 deg on 15psi and I think its 2 deg conservative

i just checked my datalog and they were at 93% duty cycle but at 10.1 afrs. i think when i add my other fuel pump i will need to up the fuel pressure.
