really cool video.
Ooh, I like that…
thats neat where would u find such a small camera like that?
the camera itself is prolly not recording hte sound, othewise it would be all windnoise. he prolly had a mic in the engine bay, or in/on the dash close to it. or he edited it out.
U can get small camera’s at Spy Outlet on Niagara Falls Blvd. My dad got a sponsorship from them and they gave him a camerea that is about an inch big.
thats pretty cool
pretty damn cool setup. watch the second autox vid for some cone slaying action and much less sun. http://store.northamericanmotoring.com/video/OctaneGuyStore/autox_knockout.wmv
btw, he said he had the mic mounted under the hood near the intake.
i’ve used them on cup cars at the glen, etc - plenty durable, great price, and the owner of the company is great to work with.
Fantastic camera shot, but where the hell did he put the mic? Right next to the blower?
If I had to endure that sound in the cockpit I’d off myself after a 5 minute drive
I have some pretty sweet camera setups for cars… even a multi-cam set up… Been doin some vids for race cars at lancaster… www.circletrackcam.com/videopage.html
All I know is that my MiniDV is getting the shit beat out of it, even with the “isolator” mount. I probably won’t have a camera in my car again until I get something solid state.
And at this point, I really have other things to focus on than getting vids.
