Not a huge fan of the commercial suction cup mounts. The industry standard ones with pressure regulators are all I’d trust my camera with. Which is why I use Bullet cams, much less of a loss if one goes flying.

Fuuuuuuck suction cups…

lol @ the sticker in the last pic.

those are sweet as hell…are those…really really REALLY good suction cups?

Disaster waiting to happen? I dunno. If you put it on the outside though, better not come too close to any cones marking chicanes…

Bringing it to Dunville?

yeah I’ll have it set up for dunville…

came in today

I have their suction mount for my cone-cam. Its basically half of what you have. Its very strong, 2 would be more then enough to hold the camera. My problem is that I wouldn’t trust it on the outside of the car just in case, and it takes up a ton of windshield. Cone-cam on the roof or side of the car is the way to go imo, or if you have headrests, get a headrest mount.

That’s what I have. Unfortunately for Joe, the EVO doesn’t have adjustable headrests on those Recaros. Maybe he should get a harness bar, and then mount the camera off of that. But knowing Joe, he probably doesn’t want to spend that kind of $$$$ at this stage.

if i get the new camera im looking at for christmas this year, im gonna get one of those. i think i would jsut put it on my back window right in the middle.
