now iam done with sears but my pay check this week is messed up. i make hourly plus comission. my hourly rate is 50 cents less. iam so sick of them fucking me every week
i beleive an employer cannot cut your hourly wages without first notifying you
for example, company prez gathers the employees and says “the company is tanking, were loosing money, we cut everything we could, now we have to cut pay, anyone who cant accept 50 cents less an hour, have a nice day, everyone who does accept this, continue showing up for work”
no notification = illegal, there would be nothing stopping a company from saying “well we had a shitty week, cut all of this weeks paychecks by 1/2”
if they dont correct your pay i would go to the labor board…
leave a flaming bag of poo in the store somewhere…
