Where to do it, preferably in dt Buffalo or Williamsville?

Commercial banks all do, Savings banks do not
best place to do it, is at the border inside the Duty Free shops since they will give you the closest to the actual value.
but most commercial banks will do it here. I go to MandT.
I know HSBC has done it for me in the past, but it was a long time ago. Now I make sure just to used my CC when I’m out of the country and let them do the conversion.
