Looking for a decent car trailer for a fair price. I’m tired to seeing people asking $2500 for a piece of junk made out of mobile home axles when I can get a brand new one for that price.

Budget is around $1500. Needs to have brakes and not be some home-made cob-job. Wood or metal decks are fine. Looking for open which should be obvious from the price.

There was one last week on buffalo criags that was pretty decent and had a nice tire rack up front.

Thanks guys, I’ll check them out. It’s just crazy, I can get a brand new one for $2600-2800 but used piles are going for $2k. I guess it’s good to know they hold their value at least.

just keep an eye out, I just bought a triple axel car/heavy equipment trailer for 900 bucks to move my bobcats and skylifts, 6 tires and some paint later it looks brand new

with a ten year rust-life, wheel bearings, tires, etc, it’s worth it to just buy new. I looked for a couple weeks and found a barely used one for $2300 or so
Been stranded too many times because of old shitty trailers, worth it to pay the extra

I too was surprised how many pieces of crap people wanted $2k for
