the z3 that was at the track this year wasn’t to impressive. i don’t know what Vette motor was in it, but it wasn’t to fast…
Yeah the rx7 was nasty and may have been faster.
Plus it’s hella unique.

eh I wouldent say unique, it seems like the LSx swap in these things is getting more and more common
I see at least 2 c6 corvette everyday. When was the last time you saw an rx7, let alone a LS1 swapped one. :confused

around here i’ve hardly ever seen a 3rd gen RX 7 ive seen maybe 2?
but other than that, just ingeneral i’ve see many LSx swapped rx-7 build threads…
The guy with the RX-7’s brother is on CRSX, I believe. I also think the bodywork on the C6 was a huge waste of money.
I think the LS1 swapped Z3 ran a 13.8 @ 102 or somewhere around there. Not as fast as I expected, but still a very cool car.

that shit was gay, i was very disappointed in that thing, from what i remember the kid was a tool
The guy is on here, or atleast used to be…It’s an older asian guy(I believe). He built it/uses it more for a road race car, not a drag car.
The RX7 guys are debating what’s worse: LSX motor or the apex seals/rotary.
guys, there’s no way the LSx Z3 got a good run, I ran a 13.8@102 with my bolt-on coupe, that thing put down around 400whp iirc…car’s got alot more than 13.8 with a 102 trap in it, that’s for sure.1

Well if he ET’d the same, and trapped the same, i would say there isnt much room for improvement. Thats about all it has, within a tenth or so…
It really doesn’t add up, it’s a worked LSx, idk specifics…
